Through The EYEz of D.R.ama-tEYEz

Lifetime Makeup Enthusiast, Full Time Makeup Artist.  My curiosity and admiration for MakeUp was awakened in the 5th Grade.  Being allowed to dibble in dabble in a few products to aid my, then, acne etched skin, I grew to love all aspects of MakeUp and the world it had to offer.  I have definitely grown from the youthful, ghostly foundation, overly arched brow, and frosted gold lipstick brown liner wearing admirer to the Full Time Professional MakeUp Artist I am today.

With my work being published in print mediums like the Voice Tribune and Mogul Magazine to it being broadcast in numerous states across the country on the “Charla Young Show”.  Circling back home to the stage for productions such as “For Colored Girls” adapted by Rush Trowel Ent. and “Dallas Cole: School For Music” with Erica Denise Entertainment and right onto the runway for the “Fashions Nite Out” Fashion Show with Designer/Stylist, Aryeah Kolubah and the “Return of the Curls” Natural Hair Show here in Louisville, KY.  Working with Celebrity Hair Stylist, Kim Kimble, for the leg of her “L.A. Hair Tour” at Hair 101 Salon and hitting the face of the newly crowned Miss Plus America for her Torrid Debut are just a few of the highlights of my career, but nothing tops working one on one with everyday Beauties that want their faces emphasEYEz’d and “D.R.ama-tEYEz’d” for that “Special Day”, a night out with that special someone, girls night, or just the annual family picture session.

I am thoroughly blessed to be able to be commit to such a rewarding career that I have truly loved since the beginning.  I knew this was for me when I realized my God-given talent of being able to learn and adapt the methods of makeup application, and when my Best Friend/ Fiancé’ asked me one day…”What is something you would do for the love of it, even if you did not get paid to do it…?”

The support I receive daily and the love for what I do is what keeps me going, however, the smiles that I get once I have completed a D.R.ama-tEYEz session are priceless.  Sharing all that I know in beauty with the world is but a mere contribution that I can offer.  D.R.ama-tEYEzMUA and D.R.ama-tEYEz Beauty Studio have a long way to go and unsurmountable opportunities ahead and I cannot wait to continue full throttle into the future.
